Orders, delivery options and shipping costs
I’ve made an order. How long until the order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped within one to two business days of confirmation and receipt of payment.
What are your postage options?
Each order is charged at a flat delivery rate of $12 and shipped via standard post. Most metro orders will be delivered within Metro areas in 2- business days. Orders to other locations will be delivered within 7 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change your order. We will do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Australia. At this time, we are not accepting international orders.
Returns
How can I return my order?
In the event of an order mistake or breakage during transportation, we would be pleased to coordinate a return, replacement or refund.
To make a return, please contact us so we may provide you with a prepaid return postage label. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
All returns must be made within thirty days of purchase.

We sell The Girl & The Olive products at several Melbourne based farmers markets.

Our pared back approach to skin care ensures our skincare is made with only natural ingredients and without harmful chemicals.

Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan. The only animal derived product we use is beeswax, which is an ingredient in our lip balm.
None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
Are your products made with sustainable ingredients?
Yes. Most of our ingredients are ethically and sustainably sourced from Certified Biodynamic
Farms. We ensure all other ingredients sourced to meet the same standard.
